The challenge_
In a highly competitive environment we came to the task to bring more leads and more qualified leads to the client. In a period of price instability in the electricity and energy industries we had to find a way to keep the business sustainable regardless the huge price exploits.
The solution_
Using a custom-built CRM and adding UTMs in every form of advertisement we found a way to track every single lead and its path until it becomes a successful one and characterized as qualified. We then used Google and Facebook Ads as our marketing channels optimizing month by month on every campaign, keyword and audience until we get the right result.
